• Ph.D. Vladimer Luarsabishvili

Vladimer Luarsabishvili is Professor of School of Politics and Diplomacy at New Vision University, where he also contributes to the School of Medicine Program. He was awarded a Ph.D. in Literary Theory and Comparative Literature by the Madrid Autonomous University (Spain) and realized postdoctoral fellowship at the University of Lausanne (Switzerland). Dr. Luarsabishvili is the member of the international research group CPyR (Communication, Poetry and Rhetoric) at the Autonomous University of Madrid and of Converging Horizons project (Proyecto Anillo de ANID – CHILE SOC180045). He is the member of the Advisory Board of the journal Actio Nova: Revista de Teoría de la Literatura y Literatura Comparada (Madrid, Spain) and member of the Editorial Committee of the Journal Perspectivas de la comunicación (Temuco, Chile), as well as a reviewer of several Spanish and Latin American journals. Dr. Luarsabishvili is the author of Gustavo Adolfo Bécquer y Miguel de Unamuno. Sobre la interideidad romántica-existencialista and the editor of Out of the Prison of Memory. Nations and Future (NVU Press, 2020). He has translated works of Gustavo Adolfo Bécquer, Miguel de Unamuno, Gabriel Aresti, Kirmen Uribe and Jon Kortazar from Spanish into Georgian, Las maletas imposibles by Juanjo Olasagarre from Spanish into Russian and The Book of Samurai by Yamamoto Tsunetomo from English into Georgian. His works has appeared in Revista de Filosofía, Daimon. Revista Internacional de Filosofía, Boletín Hispánico Helvético, Dicenda. Estudios de lengua y literatura españolas, among other places.
